Have you seen the movie 'The Last Song'?

I recently read the Nicholas Spark book that this film was adapted from and I had also read and watched 'The Notebook' from the same author, so I dragged a reluctant husband along to watch 'The Last Song' at the cinema. It is such a lovely film, really girly and one that makes you cry! Do you enjoy a good cry at the cinema

My wife & daughter dragged me to the drive in to see it. I though I didn't get my usual funnel cake there I wasn't entirely disappointed. It wasn't all that bad a movie.

Not yet but I plan to. That's the one starring Miley Cyrus right?

Yes it is and she was rather good in it - not a bit like Hannah Montanna!!

I have watched this as well as the other films made from Spark's books - A Walk to Remember, The Notebook and Dear John. Miley Cyrus- star of the popular kids show Hannah Montana on The Disney Channel, was really good and I now that a lot of people thought that because she was in it it was a kids film, but though this film is definitely not a “kids film”, a preconception my husband made when he saw she starred in the leading role of the film, she is nothing like the character she plays in Hannah Montana, and is actually a very good actress. It's a super film and I thought that it was almost as good as the book - I don't often say that!!

Nah, I don't plan on watching the film. I'm not really into Nicholas Sparks or those types of romantic films. It may be because I don't really like crying when going to the theater or watching a movie ahaha.
