Have you won a lottery anytime?

Can anyone won a lottery or a prize in the raffle. I have won a return flight ticket when i was in college. The incident happend was, I was at a programme and a friend of mine asked for 5 bucks, I gave it to him thinking that he would return it later. he pulled out a raffle ticket from the book and gave it to me. i started yelling at him, using word and cursing him. But when the number was mentioned, i started calling him my best friend.

I have won a few times with scratch off lottery tickets. Most of them have only been free tickets. I did win thirty dollars from one lottery ticket before. My mom won five hundred dollars from one once. This discussion is really making me want to go buy some lottery tickets since I havent bought any for a long time. Maybe I will by a couple soon.

no i have never gotten into the lottery.. i think it is a waste of money to spend money on lottery tickets.. there is such a low chance of actually winning the lottery.
