with the inauguration of rahthog project by mrs. sonia gandhi, the link from manali to leh underground tunnel, leh now will be coonected torest of india all times even during winters where it remain closed for six months. with this tunnel people can reach leh 48hrs shorter time than normal route. now they have to just wait till 2015 to complete this project which is 8.5 km long. thnks after this leh will be surely connected to India during winters.
