SMOKE FREE LIFE... Your breath, clothes and hair will smell better.Your sense of smell will return and food will taste better.Your finger nails will slowly appear less yellow.Your stained teeth will slowly become whiter and your children will be less likely to start smoking themselves. Share your thoughts....please

I smoked for 25 years and now I've been smoke free for over 2. I don't know about the food tasting better but I know I save over $100 a month maybe more. My boyfriend still smokes and it doesn't bother me. They gonna make my workplace a smoke free place starting next year so I'm glad I quit on my own than being forced too. I know some people are gonna have a hard time with that.

ya the whole workplace thing is just another way for the government to control businesses shouldn't it be at the owners consent places such as bars will loose business my town goes smoke free july 5th and ill know i wont be going to them anymore whats next no drinking in a bar maybe they should be after the people who eat McDonald's on a regular basis enforce a fast food tax tack on 3$ to every 1$ cheese burger it seems to me that heart disease and obesity are bigger probs than lung cancer

lol ya but then everyone that stresses me out during the day prbibly wouldnt be alive any more and the whole do it for your kids thing is a bunch of crap i know plenty of people who smoke whoes kids dont some of witch because they see the long term affects first hand (my 18yr old brother) he will never light up just because he has seen what it can do and im not sure what your smoking but iv smoked for 10 years and my fingernails arnt yellow at all and my teeth are screwd from the coffe and there not yellow either and the fact that my cigs cost 7$ a pack means i pay alot of extra taxes so if everyone quits smoking who do you think they will go after for that money ? thats right you! so i guess your welcome and if im outside and my smoking bothers you i guess hold your breath when you walk by because like it or not there are benifits from smoking and not just for me but you also

Ok - regarding smoking every individual has their own set of mind and their own conclusions. I do agree for that. Any how, it is you as an individual who has to think of your health and habits,no one has any compulsions on that because you are spending for them. Some thoughts arise in our mind and we share it here for every one's own benefit. Enjoy this beautiful life as you wish.

You'll be able to save the money you used to reserve in buying those packs:D Quitting smoking has been the best decision in my life - I've been a slave for far too long. I was able to prove to myself that I can do anything as long as I'm determined to do it.
