Are you fond of borrowing personal belongings of others?

I hate it when someone borrows my personal stuffs like my comb, hairbrush, makeups, handkerchief, sometimes even my drinking glass. Even while I am a student, I made it to a point that I complete all my personal belongings because I hate borrowing stuffs like that. It's so unhygienic for me when I see people borrowing these things from others. That's why when someone borrows personal items from me, I either say no or just give the item away. I am not rude but I really don't want to share these items with others... How about you? Is it okay to lend personal stuffs to schoolmates or co-workers?

Well I am from those people who hate borrowing the things from others . If in case I dont have any thing then I would prefer to complete the things without that but dont want to borrow from other .In the same way I dont like to give my things to other what ever it would be but yes if someone is in need or want help like fell ill then I would surely like to help them.

Same with me. I make sure that I am able to buy these things than to borrow from someone else. I will really do anything just to complete my necessities so as to prevent untoward skin diseases or head lice I might be receiving from lending my stuffs.

Yes. I also hate head lice and skin diseases. It is a preventive measure if we just simply don't lend other people with our belongings. I just wonder why there are people who aren't afraid to take these risks and still borrow from others.

it depends in case of emergency like im out with friends and i forgot to bring my make up kit, i will rather borrow their make up kit than look messy. its alright with me if they will borrow my things as long as they will returned it as is, or without any damaged or something. besides i understand if they cant buy some things as they need money the most.

Personally, I have never been fond of borrowing the personal belongings of others for the sole reason that I want to be self-sufficient. I always make it a habit to prepare EVERYTHING that I need so that I won't have to borrow the toothbrush, ballpen, book or pencil from a classmate or companion. Many times I have lent my personal belongings to others only to discover that they lost it. It makes me mad that I've wasted precious money on those belongings of mine and I am always told by my parents that I won't let anyone borrow anything from me because the one who loses is you and not them. Therefore, I avoid borrowing the personal belongings of other people because they never return what they borrowed from me. It's my way of saying that I am self-sufficient and that I don't need to depend on others for anything.
