Remembering

There are periods of stress and periods of high activity when I can't seem to remember things as well. For my normal level of activity, I have set up my calendaring system which includes syncing my phone calendar to my computer calendar, setting a 30 minute alarm for each of my appointments and having my to do list on my phone. But during these stressful times, or high activity, I can't even seem to remember to write down things I need to do, or enter them on my computer. I just plain forget! Wondering what others do when they can't remember things.

Certainly the stress disrupts daily life. It would be nice to have some time for you even if for 20 minutes, so you can relax and forget the world a little. Once I saw on tv that speak aloud a task you have to do or have already done, is a good way for your brain to retain in his memory. I do not know if it works, but give it a try!
