Matlab is the short form of matrix laboratory. This is used for plotting graphs and simulating other things. Does anyone know how I could study this properly? If anyone can give me the name of a site or book to study it would be a great help.

hope this would be of some use. I have never used this site, and so, cannot tell you about this.
are you a researcher? .. in what subject are you doing the compilation of data. why else would you be needing a graph making software? ...
please share more details, and I think, our friends in mylot will be able to come and give out their help/suggestions.
