Which OS will you choose as the best OS of all time / myLot

I am using windows xp and debain feels it is great to have them both in my PC. what is your choice of OS : windows 98/me/nt windows xp windows vista windows 7 linux- ubuntu, debain, fedora, mandark mac leopard, others... what is your choice.....

I choose ubuntu as the best os.It is powerful and easy to use.I haven't tried mac os x,but I guess it is a good operating system too.Windows xp is the best among the windows family.
