I want to explore what factors influence teachers knowledge transfer in the virtual learning communities.from the view of information process and transmission, maybe the four factors( source, channel, receipt, knowledge)effect knowledge transfer? However, I think there maybe other factors influence it,receipt need self-construction for better understanding. So, could anyone give me any advice? thanks!

There has to be a willingness on the part of the student to receive the teaching, as well as a willingness on the part of the teacher to use different ways to teach the students. Not all people learn the same way. When a lesson includes things that reach a person through as many of the senses (hearing, touch, taste, smell, sight) as possible, the greater majority of students will "get it". Lessons should be interesting. Virtual learning is a realm that has different parameters which do not always allow for all senses to be used. However, that does not mean that the lessons have to be boring. One can use analogies that students can relate to - real life situations, or games they play, as examples of points needing to be taught. Making lessons as real as possible is the best way I have found to teach. I hope that helps you!
