This is a post done by one of my other characters from my "The Dragon Wars " Rpg forum, her name is Reiko Sawada. You can find a link to the forum at the bottom of this post. There is some violence in this post, but I do not believe it borders on the side of graphic. I could have gone into a lot more detail... but I didn't, for the sake of the post getting too long as it stands. Please, let me know what you think~ Reiko Sawada had been trailing the Kagakura Clan for several nights now. They had yet to suspect anything out of the odd, but it was quite easy for Reiko to tail people without being noticed. She would simply shift out of her solid form, and into that of a phantom, or a ghost. The benefits of ones father having been a ghost himself, when he impregnated ones mother. When the group of ninjas stop, so does the floating apparition that had been following above. Listening to the exchange of words below, Reiko allows her body to manifest once more into it's solid form. Crouching low upon the cliffs rocky ledge. This looked like the perfect chance, that rare moment she'd been waiting for night after night. It was about time, she had grown tired of their abrasive jokes that were anything but funny, and the foul stentch of body odor that drifted from each of them. How they ever managed to sneak up on anyone smelling like that, eluded Reiko's sense of understanding. Drawing her right hand forward, there's a shruiken held between each gap of her fingers. Waiting for the exact moment... her entire body falls still, even the rise and fall of her chest, since she was now holding her breath. Just a little longer... Finally, the one the others seemed to be teasing fell against the mountains side, and the leader of the Kagakura clan was moving closer, to stand above him. With a flick of her wrist, four shruiken's are launched, the black metal is coated in shadows so that they do not whistle through the air to give away their arrival, or where they had been thrown from. Each one stirkes the Kagakura clan leader, in a vital area. The first pierces the center of his forehead, the second his throat, the third his stomach, and the fourth his groin. His eyes go wide, as he stumbles backwards a few feet, before falling upon his back. The mans blood hitting the ground causes the shadow demons of the valley to stir once more. They quickly form their various states of chaos and murder. Within a matter of seconds, the entire Kagakura clan lies dead within the belly of the beast. Avoiding transformation, the young woman merely jumps from one level to the next. The rocks skidding beneath her boots, raining small pebbels upon the man who was sitting on the ground below. He would feel the ground shake beneath him, and the warm leather of her boot rubs against his arm as she lands right next to his body. Kneeling down, she lowers her face infront of his, so that she's looking at him upside down. Clicking her tongue softly, she grips both of his shoulders, and hoists the man up onto his feet. Once he's standing, she comes about to stand infront of him, her eyes still studying his face, as if she had seen him somewhere before, but couldn't quite place it at the moment. Finally, a bitter laugh escapes her lips, and she crouches down to pick up the sword of the fallen Kagakura clan leader. " I would have thought Kojusho, would have taught his pupils better... but why should I be surprised. He never was anything more than an arrogant fool, who felt that his word should be law, even over the deities themselves. At least I always thought so, couldn't stand that man, or those upright members of the Kiyomasa clan. Ugh, ecspecially that whiney little brat that they wanted me to marry. Of course, he was older than me... but a brat none the less. " Another soft laugh slips past Reiko's lips, she she moves closer to Higure now. Curling a single finger about the base of his chin, she lifts it up so that he would be staring at her face, if he could still see. Of course, since he couldn't at the moment that didn't really matter on his part. But her words, and the sound of her voice would be more than enough to give away who it was that now stood infront of him. " Higure, your eyes... such a shame, they were the only part of you I ever found attractive. Oh well, perhaps the valley's curse shall wear off eventually. Well! My quest is done, the Kagakura clan has fallen. I shall be going home now. It was lovely to see you again. " http://draconicwards.proboards88.com/index.cgi

Thank you for the compliment, and the suggestion. I may just have to try and plot one up for that sometime. I've been thinking about it, but when I read the other contest enteries, it sort of just... Makes me feel there's no point for me to go to all the trouble. A lot of the others far surpass my talent.
