does paraguay has the potential to win the world cup?

I don't think so guys. I have seen their performance is unconsistent lately. To win against spain the need to work hardly. Perhaps anything would be possible if they just draw against spain and then take penalties. Have a nice day.

I do not think that Paraguay will go on to win the world cup. But for them even reaching this stage is way beyond what they would have hoped for. For a country like Paraguay staying in the tournament even after Brazil has been eliminated would be something they would not have dreamt of. Cheers! Ram

Lamentably the Paraguayan set is going to stay out of the world one, Spain is mas equipment and has with that to overcome the Guarani ones, but in world this one many rare things are happening so...

I do not think that they have. They have done really well to get this far but i think that Spain will beat them. There has been quite a few surprises though with Brazil getting knocked out today so you never know, Paraguay may spring another surprise.

While nothing is impossible, it will be hard for Paraguay to win the World Cup. They have to get past favorite Spain first but if they do defeat them, they might stand a good chance. Anything can happen in the semis.

hm Paraguay is not a bad team. but i don't think that they have a potential to win the world cup. spain is very strong and to defeat them paraguay must work very hard. hm any way we cannot avoid the chance for that.

Maybe you are a Paraguay fan,but I have to say:"mission impossible" I donnt think the team will win the cup that has so many pass mistakes without press. If Paraguay can improve defence,they will go further in this world cup.

Hello friend! I think Paraguye is not going to win this year's FIFA world cup. I have been noticing from the very first of this world cup that Paraguye isn't playing with their full power......... they are also not doing there very famous tricks........ I think something wrong with Paraguye this year and I feel that it will be really hard for Paraguye to be the champion of this year......... though i can't bet my words. This is just my thought. I hate to say it, but no chance. The world cup is dominated every time by the football legends: Brazil, Argentina and Germany. Paraguay has played well, especially to get so far in the competition and i wish them all the best of luck. I hope Brazil's grasp on the trophy can be broken. Maybe next time.
