It Boils Down to Mayweather to Sign the Conract

Manny Pacquiao might agree all of the conditions that Mayweather asked for their NOvember showdown. From the 14 day before the fight random drug testing to the 60-40 split that Mayweather wants, Pacquiao will considerably accept the offer. And now, Pacquiao surely will agree to this for the millions that this fight would push through. And it all boils down to the other fighter Floyd Mayweather to sign the contract. If Mayweather turns down the offer, Margarito or Cotto would be next for Manny Pacquiao.

I think that the demand for Mayweather is to make a random blood testing between Freddie Roach and Roger Mayweather. This is a good idea.

I agreed to jopak, Mayweather believes his the best fighter but hes not so he makes demand that he tought manny would not agree. You can see that he is a chicken/coward he wants too many demands so that Manny would not fight him even try to ruin Manny's reputation by telling to the press that Manny use steroids.

Top Rank promoter Bob Arum and adviser Michael Knocz has given Mayweather until mid-July to sign the contract. If Mayweather will not accept the contract, Antonio Margarito or a rematch against Miguel Cotto is next in line also with a specified time of November 13.

Well i hope Floyd Mayweather wouldnt make an excuse this time.
And have this long awaited match to finally happen in the boxing ring.
Unless floyd is still scared of him and makes another excuses and just run his mouth instead once again.
