What do you used to do to make your mind calm?

Hello freidns, I'm interested to know the answer of this question as I needed to calm my mind before exams. Please share your opinions.

wow that's a good one. Before exams i usually hang out at my favorite spot with my friends. And for calming down i talk to people who make me happy and then just before the exam i revise all the notes feeling contented. If i didn't study anything before the exam i am usually worried and i would do a late night up with a studious friend who can help me clear my doubts as far as possible that is if he is in a good mood to do that.

hi~ in my opinion, little nervous before exam is very nature. when i in this situation, i will review the keypoint of the exam, not too much, just the important point, as your think. and then total move mind from it, do some things leisure, release yourself, hope above could useful for you! and hope you can get a perfect exam!!

Well, I use Valerian (Bach flower remedy) which is pretty good. I believe hop extract is good too. Mind you, my GP put me on beta blockers - they were the only thing that calmed my heart rate down without knocking me out!

When I was in college, the best way to calm my mind before the exam is going on a beach and take a little walk and just enjoy the scenery. After that you can listen to wonderful and inspiring music. It will wash all your stress away and at the same time it refreshed your mind.

Well I usually stopped studying when I feel like over burden either play some thing or start listening some soothing songs .Sometimes I talk with my friends or my parents just to relax and when I feel better then again I start studying.
