A federal judge is allowing Mexico to submit a legal brief in defense of Mexican citizens being profiled due to an Arizona law. This is not in regards to SB1070 but rather a law regarding employers.
I have searched and searched for information on who this judge is but to no avail. I am wondering first what your opinion on this is. and also if you ave anymore information regarding this case?
Here are a few of the places I have looked. Good luck!

It seems our own government will be are demise. I really think it's time we have new parties the ones we have are so politically corrupt its sickening. Mexico should worry about Mexico and I am sure they are because if those who didn't have the option to leave to America might just do something to improve their own country instead of swarming here. It just makes me sick I can't even describe how I feel about our politicians and judges anymore.

More folderol. I do not have any further information re this particular corrupt judge and this insidious case. Go to www.americangrandjury.org and see the picture included after the Bob Christie (AP) artcle "Obama Sues to Throw Out Az Immigration Law" posted 7/6, yesterday. Look at the demands of the protesters and see what O is encouraging. Also read some of the other postings if you wish. And, if you haven't seen my new discussion, go to www.atlah.org and watch Rev. James David Manning 7/7 video "Obama's War". Pray for him and all our heroes as well.
What in heaven is wrong with Americans that they will not respond to the truth for their own safety and protection?
