how to get 3D animation projects?

Iam an 3D animator but iam looking for an a short animation project. please tell me if any one knows how to get a project .please any suggestions. ofcourse if i got a project how much can i earn with that? how much can we bid for project?If it is one minute reel or less than 4to5 minutes?
