Build my own site - good idea?

I was looking (as all of us are) to have a little bit (even more) from that stuff that let's us get day by day with living. Expenses seem are lots and more incoming, but the income is so slow. I do work full time and seen no increase in the past five years.However everything else cost so much.
So, I decided to go on and open my own small business.
After looking into franchise opportunities, I decided to open something from scratch and start advertising it.So, I did it and now I can say I sold a little bit, looking forward for more to come.

I think it's a very good idea. I made my own website under Weebly and it was so simple to do. I learned HTML so that I can make my own website, but then I ran into Weebly and was happy with it.
If I get done learning HTML, CSS, and PHP, I will most likely try making another website.

The only way to be successful online is to have your own domain website/blog. I have been earning online for ages, I use my sites to showcase myself and the programs that I am a member of. I went to your site. I am glad to hear that you are starting to earn from it. Hang in there...there are not any overnight success stories. It takes time...I have been doing this for 10 years. Yes, I think it is an excellent idea, and it is really the only way you can make serious money online. Just remember that it will take time before your site takes off and starts making you money, but keep working at it, because the results will come if you are just persistent enough. Good luck!!

I always see people telling people that creating a blog and monetize them is a great idea, but it's quite hard in my opinion , you have to put in a lot of effort by updating the blog almost everyday and the hardest part ? Getting traffic, I know there's a lot of ways to obtain traffic but most of it isn't free .. Search engines works too but it's not really efficient .

Yes building up a new website is good.Where we can invite people for general discussion.People all over the world comes and stay for some time.
