Auto-detect the LMI

Begning with the IOS version 11.2 the router will try to auto-detect the LMI type taht is being used on the line between the router and the switch. it will send a request to the frame relay switch which will then repond with the LMI type or types for the line. the router then autoconfigsers itself using the last LMi type that it recives fromthe switch (in case where the switch has sent more than one LMI type response)
