I'm currently having an unlimited connection. I love this one. I can browse without any limkitations or any fear of exceeding the limit.. Earlier I had a limited connection and I had to put more from my wallet to pay the bill.

At home I'm using wireless broadband, with password protection. There has been recent legislation in the UK regarding illegal downloads of music etc. Companies can now demand the ISP address of those downloading, so now a lot of hot spots are switching off their connections when not in use- to prevent people from using them for illegal downloads, and the provider finding themselves sued. So if you have wireless here, make sure that it is password protected!

Hi sarath I currently have a broadband connection. When I started out, I had dial-up, and got rid of it as soon as I could. Then I went to DSL, which really wasn't too bad. Now I have Comcast broadband. I don't know if the broadband in my area is slow or if it is my computer, but sometimes I think DSL is just as good.

Dial up is a thing of the past, they are so slow. Use a BROADBAND with unlimited use, wired has better connection than wireless, so i prefer wired. I dont go out much anyway with a laptop. What do mean 1 GB free? 1 GB of what?
