What does foreigners think of the Presidential Inauguration in the Philippines?

Has anyone, who is not Filipino watched the inauguration of the Philippine president last Wednesday? Cause the media here the Philippines said the "whole world is watching". I doubt if anyone is interested or even heard about it.
