Cities in the country boast on their unique filipino delicacy as a signature of the place. Here in Iligan City we are known for manufacturing PINAKURAT which also originated in our locality. What about your city? What delicacy is the pride of your place?

What is it made of? I am from Dolores Quezon province and we don't really have a signature dish but we have all sorts of 'kakanins'. I really miss the place.

hey! I have tried that pinakurat vinegar lately in which I prefer the sweetened one, and it's really good,! I also have bought the Datu Puti pinoy kurat which is just new in the market I think and it's also good!

Well, I've been living here in Quezon City for almost 30 years now and I'd have to say I really don't know any delicacy we have here. I know that there are lots and lots of food choices here but I don't know our city's specialty. Maybe we don't really have one because if we do then we'd be celebrating that delicacy yearly.

I was born in the South but grew up here in Metro Manila, specifically Marikina City. We are known for our shoes - we hold the record for the world's biggest shoes which can only fit a giant. I have taken to walking around my town and I have seen a lot of small shoe manufacturer. If you want custom-made shoes, this is the place to go. At the same time, some of them make bags too.
