After an oil tanker flipped over in the Democratic Republic of Congo, some residents tried to collect the oil from the streets. Unfortunately, one person was smoking a cigarette at the time, which caused the tanker to explode. In a matter of minutes, a perceived opportunity turns into tragedy.
