A dish called "Mahi Mahi", it claimed to be dolphine meat

Okay, on last summer, my friends and I went to Florida for a week vacation. We were lost for sometime in Miami, and I come across this Latino community. We were hungry then, and we randomly picked a Cuban restaurant to have our lunch. We order some dish plates for the meal. There is one called "Mahi, Mahi", it is made from Dolphine meat. Is that a truth? I was amazing that is legal sell dolphine meat here?

I want searching and found it is not exactly the dolphin as we know it, but a fish called dolphine. In that case, it is legal. But if it were the dolphins as we know it, that would be illegal.
