I have been working for almost 14 years. Right now, I'm in a BPO industry, pay is good but there's still something missing. I never had the opportunity to have a work that I really enjoy. SO the question for me and most probably for everyone, WHAT IS THE BEST JOB FOR YOU?

The best job for me is a job that would give me flexible time but still earn good. If you love your job, you will never work any single time again in your life.

What I'm doing right now is something that I can consider as the best job. I'm a US/Canadian/Uk based telemarketer, but I'm located here in the Philippines. This work actually is not related to what I've studied. My first job was in a call center (BPO). From their, I learned how telemarketing firm works, how to be professional and all the technicalities of a call center. Right now, I work at home I stay up all night making phone calls to the US. I know a lot of people hate telemarketers, this job and some consider this as the worst job but of course someone has to do it. For me, I love it, I love the pressure, I love fighting with customer's on the phone, I love it!!! the pay is very good. I earn as much as a lawyer and a lot more than a regular call center agent in a firm. I've been doing this for years and sales and marketing is where I belong. Anyway, there are a lot of things ahead just keep doing what you have to. I'm wishing you all the best and good luck man.

The best job that fulfills all the expectations of a person is very rare. While the job remains interesting and fitting to one's skill and competence, the remuneration may not be attractive. People look for high security, job satisfaction, attractive pay package, career prospects, flexible hours of working, reduced work pressure etc. in their jobs. Earlier I worked as a project manager for consultancy firm for a long time. Afterward, I wanted to switch over to teaching and research. I am currently teaching in a reputed University. I find my current job quite interesting and rewarding too. Thanks.

I am not doing the best job that I'd like to be.. I'd love to be doing some post-bachelor degree work, getting paid at least 60K a year, and not in the customer service industry. But that's life. I need to work on getting my butt back in school for that, though. Currently I am just at two different companies, both being part-time (well, one is pretty darn close to full-time but about 5-10 hours away from being FT). I work as a cashier/"assistant mgr" at a dry cleaners (quite entry level) and a data entry specialist at a data entry company in MPLS. The dry cleaner's pay is crap, but the work is super easy. Reversely, entering data is super tedious (after about 2 hours, that is) and the pay is much better. I like having a little variety in my daily routine too, instead of working full time for one company. *shrugs*. They're alright but I wouldn't say I LIKE them. LOL.
