Phobia..

I have always been afraid of cats..its not that i hate them..its just their presence that will always result in fear and panic..I am an ailurophobe..a person with fear of cats. There are all sorts of phobia, which one do you belong to?how do you get over it?

my neighbour was scared of cats,she hated it when they rubbed against her legs,i have 4 cats,so she didn't come over mine much,i have a weird phobia,i won't go into the deep end of a swimming pool,incase there is a secret trap door in there where scientists are keeping sharks,and they're just waiting to let them loose,i also have to check under my pillow for creepy crawlies before i go to bed,i also won't put my hand inside the toilet roll tube incase there is a spider living in there

Wow, that are some weird phobias you have..anyway i think you might get over them when you grew older..but still my fear for cats havent subsided even now and im over 20..huh..i try my best though to look straight into the cats ayes..but still..hehe..as an owner of cats do you have some tips to be fonder to them?

i am older,i'm 33 and still not over it,why are you scared of cats,what do you think they'll do to you,cats are much friendlier and calmer than dogs,they just sit nicely next to you,you need to face your fear head on,make yourself stroke one,they're lovely to touch,all soft and warm,like a teddy bear

I agree with you..snakes are dangerous..its ok to fear them for your own safety..however i read that they are some people that are afraid even to paper..weird but true..here are list of the phobias..

There is no problem for me to see cats during the day, but sometimes when I see a cat in the dark or in the evening, I can be scared by it, especially its glittering eyes. There are times I was scared by those cats in our building.
