How often do you work out? I am trying to lose weight and started working out in at least 3 10 min increments. Somedays I skip the workout however I have a stand up job for 8 hours so I try not to eat more calories than I will burn off that day. What about you? any special weight goals? How are you planning on acheiveing this. I want to lose 4 waist sizes within 2 months. I cut calories and increased cardio workouts.

Well, I workout rarely since I don't have any problem with my weight. I mean I think I am thin man so I don't need to workout hardly. My wife does. She usually workout twice a week on Saturday and Sunday. She need to reduce her weight about 8 - 10 kg in order to get ideal weight. Unfortunately, she never made it. She never lose her weight. It doesn't matter, at least she get exercise to keep her body health.

I workout every 3 -4 times a week, taking a walk for one hour. Besides, I cut off coke which I used to drink at least 2 cans a day and not eating more than 1500cals a day for my body. I am 5'2" and have shrink from 63kgs to 54kgs now. I have been walking for the past 1 and 1/2 months. My weight target is 50kgs I hope I can maintain it even after I have slim down. I have a 10kgs fat in my belly so now it looks better than last time already. If you don't mind ,may I know your weight and height?

I don't know what it is in your measurement but the measurement i know is lbs... I am 230lbs. So I'm pretty heavy set, the target goal for me is to lose at least 30 lbs, but I'm not really sure what is muscle and what is fat lol. I'm pretty thick and my arms are pretty muscly from work so the average weight isn't really the same for me i think. Though it would be nice to slim down a bit.

I have been riding my bike outside for about a month now. It is something that I am really commited to. The problem is that it has been so hot and humid outside for the past week so I haven't been able to ride my bike much. I am trying to tone up and lose about 10 pounds. I am also trying to cut down on the junk food and eat more fruit instead.

Lately, I have been spending time in the gym lifting weights to try to maximize power for each muscle group. The problem is however, is that I am a soccer player that has quite a speed advantage so I am trying to be careful not to sacrifice that aspect. I have been going to the gym 3-5 times a week for the past year and the results, to me, have been amazing. To even out the cardio aspect, I try to incorporate sessions of the "Insanity" program that focuses on the hardcore cardio and helps build speed, strength, and flexibility. I would totally recommend that to anyone.
