Mytle Beach

I've just come back from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for the 4th of July holiday weekend. It was fantastic! I'm not really a beach person or a golfer (in fact I cannot stand the sport) but Myrtle Beach was fabulous. There were so many things to do. In fact, I would love to go back there but with my boyfriend or a group of friends next time. lol.
Has anyone else been to Myrtle Beach? If so, what did you like/dislike about it?
Where did you vacation this holiday weekend?

I was in Myrtle Beach all of last week and this past weekend too!!! My family travels there from PA every summer for a beach vacation. It's our favorite vacation spot! We love it there. The beach is fantastic and we love all of the great things to do there in the area. Unfortunately we had to leave on the 3rd so we didn't get to see the fireworks down there which I'm sure would have been fantastic. What fun things did you do while you were there? My favorite place in MB is Broadway at the Beach!!! So many great shops, restaurants and just FUN! Ahh..I miss it there already.

Small world! This was my first time to MB and it was great. I absolutely loved Broadway at the Beach. Went to the aquarium, ate there, bought candy and watched the fireworks they had on Saturday night. I was also surprised that the beaches were not as crowded as I thought (though finding parking was interesting). We also went to The House of Blues which was nice. I most definitely want to return.
