Can't decide

I am caught between changing work to staying in my company. My company promises nothing. I have low salary, poor benefits, poor management but still I don't know why I couldn't go somewhere else. Is it because I have been attached to my work? I have been working here for almost 2 years and there is a pain in my heart thinking that I would live my job. I got used to it. During my first year I never liked this company because of the feeling that I am not accepted then as time goes by I didn't feel that not accepted feeling anymore and I began to love this environment. I need high salary but still I cannot go away from this company.
