i love yogurt milk

hi and make that yogurt milk. i usually keep a stash of it in my room. i have it for lunch or snacks or desserts... LOLz. especially if it's cold, yum yum! how about you?

I personally don't like yogurt. I happen to taste one and it was so sour I didn't attempt to have a second scoop. I envy those who likes to eat it because it is said that it a great source of nutrition for our body

Hi i love yogurt too. I love to eat and drink it's different fruit flavor and it is good in nutrition. Something to drink on without worrying that it may bring me no good. strawberry, banana, mango and apple are some of my favorites. i used to eat it for breakfast but not anymore. What flavors do you usually eat and drink? happy mylotting!!!
