Anyone working in webeserve here? i am totally confused there....

I joined this webeserve site few days back, but i am totally confused on how it works as i just cannot understand the working procedure there.There may be a few here working on this site and i also fee this site is good one to work on.Can members working in this site can share their views here.I just want to work on some jobs and earn something and every time i click on job, it adds to container and then how to proceed?

Have you joined that site? i am wasting time here to learn the working procedure and i am not at all finding any ways so far.I just cannot understand what it is? i also have read some comments of some people saying that they are earning around $2 a day or some even commented saying the are earning $3 within 30 minutes..! i just want to know what is it and how does it work?
