Zaheer out of Sri Lanka tour due to injury...

The only Indian top class fast bowler Zaheer Khan is out of Sri Lanka tour due to a shoulder injury. He was doing well in the Asia cup and was selected in the 15 man squad for the Sri Lanka tour. Not sure how and WHEN he got injured. After a long time, I thought India was back with full strength with no injuries to big players but, the fitness of Indian cricketers continue to be a worrying factor for India. The Banglore seamer Abhimanyu Mithun has been named as a replacement for Zaheer Khan. Not sure how India will go along in the pace bowling department without Zaheer Khan.

I don't think Zaheer khan is only top class bowler now in indian team. Ashish Nehra doing terrific and giving the strength to the indian bowling line. Yeah it is a hurt for indian team but doesn't matter we will do our best.. Best of luck!! for indian team...

And yes, Ashish is developing as a good third bowler for Indian in ODIs.
