How Long to You Wait and See Before You Make a Decision to Buy a Real Estate?

I mean on average.You know,my girlfriend is really in a hurry when we see some houses nice.I don't want us to be so reckless.And I always hope that we can wait till we find some houses better and cheaper. What do you think?

There are many things that you need to consider when looking at a home to buy. Of course, the price is an important one and if the house is worth the price. You also need to look at the neighborhood and the general area. If the neighborhood and general area is bad or shows signs of going downhill, you don't want to raise a family there. And, if you do plan to have children, you need to look at the school system, too. Buying a house is not something that anyone should rush into.
