Does air conditioning disease affected to you?

Air conditioning disease symptoms are manifested as lower limb pain weakness, headache, dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, high blood pressure, repid heartbeat, arthritis, sore throat and so on.
The domestic air aonditioners are also more common. And most of us spend our most time in the central air-conditioning fully enclosed envirment, particularly in summer. The disease occurs mainly in these people.
when we live in such hot season, how do we to prevent it?

Air Conditioner makes you ill, keep the filters clean, if not them it will infect the air; and water will regularly dispersed.

How long do the symptoms last? Everytime I would go back to school after summer was over I would get a bad cold immediately after going back. It was horrible. My mother always said it was from the air conditioner being turned back on and spreading all the germs through the air. Maybe she was right?
