hi i want to know that is link exchange relay help to improve website ranking . i was getting lots of link exchange request. so i installed a automated link exchange script on my site. is this will really help?

I do believe that link exchange helps, but I think automated link exchanges are not the way to go, you should do it manually so you can approve of the links you get, because not all links are good, and you need to make sure you get good links to your sites.

will u explane a little bit what is good link and what r bad links. i entered 80% links manually. can u check my link exchange page and tell me is i m doing right?
