I totally agree! I have been in some situations in my life where a guy that I have loved deeply has hurt me in the most saddest way. I will eventually forgive him, but the scars are there and they will last for a very long time. Most of my scars are permanent and damage has been done.

It's hard indeed when trust is broken. Let your heart heal. Bear the scar as a badge of your strength as a person. Don't forget that everyone deserves a second chance. If you still love him, give him that. If you will do so, don't be suspicious of every move he makes. Just enjoy your relationship. If he still betrays your trust after this, there is no curing him. Find yourself a better man.
