A vice or hobby you can never live without

Many of us do have our respective vices and hobbies. That, when we engage ourselves in this/these activities we notice that time flies so fast. We love them so much that we just can't stop doing it. Other hobbies and vices are positive, creating good results in our lives. Meanwhile, there are some that are ruining our lives, too. What are these vices/hobbies whom you think are not very constructive, but you just can't seem to end it? Do you have any plans of stopping them in the future? Who do you think can help you stop it?
