How to get rid of sleep and get up early in the morning.

Dear friends please can any one suggest me how to get rid of sleep and get up early in the morning. What tips do you follow to get up early in the morning. Kindly please share it so that it will benefit me for the same.

well, if it's a one-time thing, then drinking lots of caffeine would work. drink coffee and you'll stay alert. me, i don't drink much coffee so what i do is i drink energy drinks and it perks me up. if you want to wake up early like all the time, then i suggest that you make it a routine. like you know sleep at a certain time, then wake up early. if you do it, your body clock will get used to it and sonner or later waking up early won't be hard for you anymore.

Dear shankarbaddi - it is difficult in the initial stage to manage getting up early. This needs practice and strong will. The best thing you can do is to streamline your nature of work. Arrange everything systematically and plan for your early getting up. The best way is to first make a small Board just in front of your house entrance room-so that as soon as you enter you will read - "EARLY TO BED AND EARLY TO RISE MAKES A MAN HEALTHY WEALTHY AND WISE",. To get up early you have to sleep early - because everything runs proportionally. Our body is designed i a very decent and systematic way,but we only spoil our sleep and other things by our bad habits.

if you have an exam on tomorrow means you should wake up early,or tomorrow morning your marriage means you should wake up,or tomorrow morning your friend come to meet u for a good news means we should wake up,than why for alldays,we should take it seroius ,try it,after sometime it should be possiable. have a sweet night wake up early.

Ya you are right but at home i get shoutings that i do not get up early in the morning. They say that getting up early in the morning will make a person healthy and wise. Post your views.

I wish I knew the answer to that as I find it very difficult to wake up in the morning. However, if you make a routine of sleeping early at night (which I can never do) then you can easily get 7-8 hours of sleep and wake up fresh early in the morning.

Well, i may not be the right person to answer this, because i'm like this too. But i do know what's my problem and i know what to do when i really need to get up early in the morning. Basically, i'm a night person, i pretty much enjoy the night, i'm very active at night and can be more effective, so that's why can't get up quickly at morning. But when time comes that i need to go up early, this what i do, i don't forget to set my alarm. When my alarm wakes me up, i usually just turn it off, but in times of need what i do is set it to snooze, so it will keep on alarming even if i canceled it. Then turn on the lights and tv, while turning off the fan, this way i can't get to sleep back again. When the lights and tv really annoys me, now i will get out of my bed, i'll then go take a cold shower, with the sudden change in temperature, my body's awareness will increase. Now i'm fully awake, so that's how i do it, try it too, maybe it will for you too.

I can get up early if I put 10 alarms on my phone in one time. You will have to press the stop button like 10 times. If you set up like 2-3 minutes ahead one more wave you will 100% get up. Better put your phone somewhere, from where you will hear it but won't be able to stop it, so you will have to get up and half of the job is done. Other tip (you might know that one) is to go to sleep earlier...
