How to recover from the frustration?

Hi my lot friends , If I have faced big problem. I suffered very much. How to recover from the frustration. How do you react with problems? How to react with problems?

Instead of being frustrated, I always take a step back and think about the situation at hand. Perhaps I take a deep breath or two to calm myself down. I look carefully at what just happened and attempt to figure out what precisely went wrong. I spend less time trying to worry about my problems, rather I try and figure out that there is a solution and what that solution was. Any problem will allow us to gain an important thing. Knowledge and how to deal with the problem again. We cannot learn how to properly walk without falling flat on our face. Someone who suffers no problems in life really does have the biggest problem of all in many ways. It is quite the paradox all things considered. Still, everyone in their life has problems. Its dealing with it in a good manner that separates it and turning a negative into a positive.

I think this will help you a lot first take a deep breath and try to cool down yourself,and then forgive and forget.
