Hello Lotters, Well, he should be, now that the Arroyo is no more. it would be foolish of him to go on fighting if he remains hiding like a criminal because he is treated like one and not like a soldier. he's good in escaping his enemies and evading those who wanted him capture by the authorities. the reason why he quit hiding is because he believes that Noynoy will be the one answering the concerns of the military unlike the previous administration.i don't know what went on there but i am sure the punishment will be heavy for him escaping more than once.

I sympathize with this guy, and so with Trillanes and Lim. The issues they were fighting for were valid and real. Trouble is, they were with the armed forces. So, they were sort of trapped. When they rebelled, they did put the citizens in danger. That is not the oath they swore themselves into. And yet, I do hope Faeldon finds his peace and life again. He seems to be a good Filipino.

They're Smart, but not smart enough to realized that rebellion won't do them any good. i admire they're courage but you know it just wasn't the right time. but i understand their claim, knowing that ampatuans have weapons that belong originally to the Military

You i think what he did is a wise move for him. But i don't think P-Noy would forget of about his escapes, i think he would give him a fair trial in the court. Thanks for the topic and much respect.

Hello topetotz, I agree that it was very wise, I thought he has always in it for the power grab. but i see he is really just for the sake of the military.

Unlike Trillanes and Honasan. I really can't understand why they always attempt such rebellions which nearly throw our country to anarchy and disorder. If they really want reforms for the military and the country then they should find better means to do so. nicanor faeldon, among others,is one victim whose real patriotism and passion for reforms to what he perceives as anomalies especially in the military was taken advantage by these power-grabbers.

I guess he is seeing some hope in the current situation with Pnoy's administration. The administration even acknowledge and thank him for doing the right thing. I just hope that everything will remain that way. I am hoping that finally we can finally get what we all dream of a better Philippines under this new administration.

hi letran after reading so much from other fellow Filipinos I also hope this new administration does what they promise and make for a better life for your people. I have read that there was a lot of corruption and graft so hope things will be a lot better for all of you.

He has legitimate grievances, but he and the rest of the Magdalos should have never launched the mutiny since it only hurt our country's image much more than that of GMA. As a soldier he should know and accept the consequences of his actions.

i am sure they know that now. i agree, but i have to admit the gma administration has it's faults in this manner. they never should have sold military weapons to the land lords like the ampatuans.
