I don't like to sleep. Hah, I can't sleep even if I am really tired I sleep only during the night and I don't do it strictly. I go to bed late and I wake up early. And I can never go to sleep in the middle of the afternoon. How about you?

I love sleeping. I don't know why. Whenever I'm tired I love to sleep and take a rest. Maybe you have sleeping disorder that you may not notice.

Hmm... I dont really know, since I change time. It depends, if I feel like being lazy, especially before and during monthly period, I sleep more than 8 hours; I sleep at about 11pm or 12mn and wake up at 9-10 am. SOmetimes I also feel so active and just have less sleep and not feel tired; like I sleep at 12-1 am and wake up at 7 or 8 am... It just depends on my body.

my schedules of activities during workdays only allowed me to have 3-4 hrs of sleep per day. i have 9 hrs of office work plus 2 hrs travel time. when i arrived home, i still have to take care of the baby for 4-5 hrs or until some family members arrived and take charge of baby sitting. thats the only time i can get to rest my waery body and mind. after 3-4 hrs of sleep the cycle of my activities continues. so when im on my restday.. i try my best to catch up on my sleeps. im happy when i have 6-8 hrs of sleep on my restday. it recharges me for another workweek.

I usually sleep 7-9 hours usually 7 hours but it never seems like enough sleep for me, I can't sleep in the middle of the afternoon either. I have to go to sleep at night and I don't like to wake up when I am sleeping so good. But I have to because I have to go to work, but on the weeknd I try to sleep late but it never happens.

I personally love sleeping. I dont really know why. I can sleep at any time of day or night, mainly because i am so tired. No matter how much sleep i get, i am always equally tired.

I have a good sleep . I sleep when I am tirred and , when want to give a little rest.Maybe you spedn a lot of time infront of the computer. That cam be the reason to you cant sleep even when you are realy tirred. I love to sleep when out is rainig . The sound of the rain me sleepy . The reymant of life allow to your body seek siesta that you not. Research has shown that extended siesta human life. Sometimes I sleep 2-3 hours afternoon . When I am sleep before afternoon , I have a power and feel better at afternoon. I thik you have to reduce the computer . So you will impove your lifestyle to a better and will feel it. That is my opinoin for you problem with sleeping.

I'm the same. I don't sleep much either. I would say I sleep between 4 or 5 hours a night. I can't sleep during the day either, although I did while on holiday in Turkey have to sleep for an hour during the day, but this was just down to the heat. When I was younger I used to go a full weekend without sleep, but now I have children I have to force myself to go to bed, as I want to be able to do things with them at the weekend and not be a zombie. My sister, on the other hand, is the opposite. When she's not at uni she can go to bed at 10pm and not get up til the next afternoon. I guess everyone is different with how much sleep they need.

Due to work commitment, I rarely have enough sleep during weekdays. I clock about 4-5 hours daily. When it comes to weekend, it is sleep compensation time. I try to clock as many hours as I possibly can.

i'm also like you, specially now that I have a new baby to take care of. She's awake almost all the time when it's time for me to sleep. I also need to wake up early to attend to my elder daughter's needs for school. Lucky for me to get 6 hours of sleep at night!
