I want to withdraw my money in paypal but I don't know how to do it. I tried linking it to my debit account but I don't understand the real process and I have read that their is a fee. How long will I get to withdraw my money? Is there a payment in transferring my money from paypal to my bank account?

I don't understand you. Do you want to deposit money into paypal, or take out money from paypal? Anyways, you could easily link your credit/debit card to your paypal account. There is no charge. What you heard is that they actually deposit their own money into your account for security reasons. So link up your paypal account to your credit card or debit card.

You need to link your paypal account to a UnionBank EON card. (It's the orange - blue one). Yes, it's a debit card. That's the only card that currently works in the Philippines for paypal money withdrawals. The yearly fee for the card is 350 pesos. It'll take you about 2 or 3 weeks to get your card. I'm not sure, it probably depends on your location (branch of UnionBank). Try it.

I was able to successfully withdraw my money from PayPal to my bank account about a week ago and there's a fee. My bank also collected a fee of 100 PHP. But I have no idea with your bank's rules. It'll take 2-4 business days I think to completely transfer it to your bank account. In my case I waited for three days.
