In todays life people are very occupied and busy with there work. They have very less time for there family. This leads to gap between family and its members. Can any body suggest how to make difference between personel and professional life? How to lighten up the mood and be relaxed. How to balence between family and office? Is money is the barrier between these two?

You are absolutely right here! We are increasingly becoming absentee parents, who leave home when our two year toddlers are still in the cot and return home whet they are back to the cots. It makes me appear a very unfair parent because my parents gave all their time for me.

you can take out some time on weekends...and spend time with them....if u really have liking and you want to be happy with family..money is not an obstacle...you can simply go to a garden and spend time with your wife and kids and make your evening beautiful and with lots of energy for going back to work....

I think many industries in the UK deliberately gear their pay structure that employees could always need some extra hours. That way the employer does not need to incur the additional casts of employing relief staff.
Money is a barrier- as is the standard to which you become living too.
