Do you usually read the rules before you sign up an ID on the site?

Hi my friends, do you usually read the rules before you sign up an ID on the site? Do you think it is necessary to read the rules before you sign up there?
As far as I am concerned, I seldom read the rules there, in that case, I have lost a lot by this kind of action. So now just before I sign up there, I will read the rules first.
What about you?

I feel kind of like we are playing a game of truth or dare here. LOL. So, I'll take truth because that is the only option. So, I don't generally tend to take the time to read all of the rules that are involved with being a member of a particular site. The reason that I am this way is because of the fact that I've been using the internet for a long time and I've joined a lot of sites and I've found that the TOU of the various sites are generally very similar.

usually,I do not read it at all. it's so long,and many of the rules for site all the same. but, some special site need read, like mylot.
