I did it for 2 days... And now, I feel like a zombie. I can't wait to go to sleep tonight. For some reasons I wasn't able to sleep last night. I was wondering why the birds are chirping yet it's still dark and in seconds it was morning already. Lol... I need to be up cause I need to run some errands and then I need to go to work. My eyes feel heavy, without any music I'm probably asleep already. How about you what was the longest time you were up with out any sleep?

yes, i have experienced a 24 hour no sleep for several times. i was in a graveyard shift in a semiconductor company. since nobody wants to render overtime i took the opportunity because it was a double pay and next day would be my day off so i thought. i was really groggy and the worst part is i committed so many mistakes with my work and nobody could understand my report i scribbled in my logbook.

Hi. I agree with you. 4 hours of sleep is just to short for your body to rejuvenate. 7 to 8 hours of sleep is what we need.

I've been sleeping between 2 to 3 hours for the past 1 week. With just a few more days to the opening ceremony of the new building our organization has been home to for the past 1 year and 6 months as well as the organization I am in, I just can't wait for the whole thing to be over. I need my much-needed sleep!

I never try this because I am not fond of these things sometimes I don't sleep whole night but it is only in parties and marriages otherwise I sleep in regular basis but I think I will not survive for than two days without sleeping and I think sleep is very important for everyone.

Actually I've been up for 2 days also, i felt kinda energized and a bit tired at that moment. At first i thought of doing this cause they say that least amount of time for sleep helps on weight lost, but then i got scared once I've found out that it'll lessen your RBC as well, its like, at first i was so confident on staying up late but kinda turned down on the plan. On the third day that i planned to take a deep rest, i didn't felt the tire of that 2 days of no sleep until i woke up then my head started aching. ~~ =lesson learned=

Hello :) My longest time without any sleep is 34 hours. After 34 hours of being awake, I really can't do anything, feels like my body is going to collapse. LOL. I'm used in staying up very very late but 34 hours without sleep made me feel so tired and restless.

I stayed awake for a whole weekend on one occasion and although I felt drowsy from time to time during the weekend, when Monday morning came, I felt fine. I thought I may go off to bed, but felt OK so I stayed up. Slept well on Monday night though. _Derek

Hi, santosmarichris. The longest that I have been without any sleep could have been for only a few days. I tend to get up very early in the mornings just to catch up on some work and make extra money. I hope that you will be able to get some sleep by tonight.

mine is maximum of 4 days fully awake, with big eyebags and super irated with life. it happens whenever im underpressure or stress at work. there are also times that im my eyes wants to shut but my brain is still thinking or vice versa. sometimes worrying about things and life in general makes me agitated and it triggers my brain to function even though my body is super tired. going to office with less sleep or no sleep at all doesnt help me with my work but do the worse which is the reason im so irated whole day.

I stayed without sleep for 22 hours. That was a new year's eve, I woke up at about 6:00 in the first day, played poker with my roommate in dormitory till 3:00 in the next day, and had a nap. I woke up at 5:00 to take the coach to my home. I should acknowledge I'm not a person who is good at staying up. I'm easy to become sleepy. One of my classmate in senior school could sleep at 2:00 and wake up at 6:00 every day, and he was able to be in good mental status at daytime. I think that's a miracle!

I've been up 3 days in a row, working at night and doing personal stuff at day. But that is really bad for you whole body. Especially for the heart, brain and liver. Do not stay awake more than 24 hours. If you stay that kind of time awake, make sure you will sleep at least 7 hours after that. Respect your body and don't stay awake for a long time by doing stuff that you can do the other day.
