Hello Lotters,
It was really shocking to hear this news, at that time of last year there wasn't really much of a disaster compare back in 2008 (not sure).
But reports indicates that only 30% is left for the new Pnoy Admin because the Previous Administration had spend 70% leaving only five hundred million left for three different agencies corresponding this budget, if it's added the result will be negative.
As for the National Budget, it's only left 40% but Abias Speculates that some of those funds were transferred to Areas that are territorial to now Congresswoman Gloria Arroyo, all four provinces.
with this the budget deficit now has increase to three hundred billion compare to the two hundred ninety billion last year.
They are now looking for ways to fill the lapse on the budget.
What are your views. have a great day.

Pres. Noynoy really has many problems to face now...my mother says feels that Gloria Arroyo even made somethings that will bring problems to Noynoy weeks before she left the presidency. The midnight appointments and the hike on toll fees are some of them. And now, we have the budget problem.

my views are that some of those politicians in the Philippines have been taking lessons from some of our politicians here in the US as ournatinal budget is once again in the red some trillion dollars so how they can keep on spending is amazing to me unless they make their own money lol.
I am so sorry for your people as they do deserve a great government but the new people seem to h ave been left a problem just like the one our old President Bush left for our new President. It took bush 8 years to bring us into a new recession and already our new President has started bringing in some new jobs. My own son was out of work for one and a half years and just got a job, because they are opening up now, the recession may not be over but its getting better here. I hope your new Admins can start making things better.

we have almost no money left, this previous administration did a lot of hell for almost a decade.it's another bad start just like nine years ago, and i feel it's a lot worse than before but i try to keep my fingers up. we are optimistic but we don't predict good out come, most specially not in a hundred days
