Lady's Car troubles hit a Fast Food Chain

Hello lotters,
This Lady had trouble fixing the pedals that she accidentally hit it and when back wards that hit the truck. worst, she hit the accelerator moving forward and then hit the fast food chain. the customers were shock, some were injured including a six month pregnant woman but i saw not much damage but she was still asked to go for an ultra 
sound to make sure if the baby is fine.
as for the lady, she will answer for all the expense but she refused to be interviewed. probably hid in shame. that pregnant lady could have died.

I think I saw this one in the news. That is really a weird car accident and too bad for the lady who will pay for all the expenses and the damages in here. I think it is her right to refuse to make statements for as long as she pays for it then I guess its fine.

yeah, it's been show in the television more than twice already. i think this fears me into getting into driving.expenses to be paid are really well, you're right she doesn't have to make a statement as long as she gets to pay those who got hurt and the damages.

Many years ago my sister was the victim of a similar lady with car troubles!!
It was when my daughter was about 18 months old and I usually visited my sister on a Friday morning, foe some reason or other I hadn't that day.
The driver was an elderly lady with a ;large automatic Volvo, she put here foot on the wrong pedal and ended up going right through the front window and wall of my sister's house.
Amazingly the lady wasn't hurt and luckily my sister was at the back of the house putting out her washing when it happened.
Had I visited as normal my little daughter would probably have been playing in the window, as she always did when we were there and would no doubt have been killed!!

Accident could happen everywhere, that is what I have in mind after reading your post. and to the lady, that was not a good day for her as after that incident for sure there are lots of bills to settle. Good thing that the pregnant woman did not die and the baby was okay.
