All That And......

All that and a bag of chips? I have always wondered what does this exactly mean? I have heard things like "She thinks she's all that and a bag of chips" I have heard "Yeah all that and a bag of chips" and other little sayings using this phrase and I just have to say I still don't get it!!

It simply means " all that and 'more' ". She's thinks she's all that (maybe smart, pretty,etc..) and a bag of chips (and more than that). Hope this helped.
