Over medium on a slice of toast , slice of ham under the egg, maybe a slice of cheddar, too oh my goodness!

I too like boiled eggs.but seem to like them more at easter time when they are painted pretty or dyed..Isn't that silly..I need to wait till Easter to really enjoy the boiled egg.LOL

Honestly, I don't really like eggs all that much, but if I had to eat one, it would be scrambled. I like them in breakfast burritos and deviled eggs are ok sometimes, depends on how they are made.

I love hard-boiled eggs and deviled eggs (when my MIL makes them). I still have to get her recipe on the deviled eggs, she makes them taste so good.
I used to be allergic to eggs when I was growing up, so I am really glad I out grew it!!!!

I also am fond of the deviled eggs..I wonder why they call them that..is it because of the red paprika that is sprinkled on top?

Half boil was favorite . But after hearing or reading somewhere about a virus or bacteria which may contaminate eggs and are resistent to low temperature , I started taking full boil .

I cannot stand an egg whose white runs..yuck city! I know whenever I go to Bob Evans I ask for my eggs med-hard and the egg whites are always on the run.Can't stomach that.
Love omelots and all the ingredients you mention sounds almost like the toppings of a pizza.

I never had scrambled eggs with spinach and tomatos..I know however here in the USA spinach has been pulled from the market due to ecoli found in several bagged versions

The very best way to eat an egg is to fry it in a little oil, till it's cooked but not hard, then sandwich it between two pices of sliced white bread which have been buttered. A little black pepper on the egg yolk and then down the hatch! Yum! This is making me hungry
