please help..my monitor shows the usermode in full

Hi, the user mode menu displays all the time in my monitor which is irritating and me not able to work smoothly with this problem and the keys are also not working..right now I do not have money to change this monitor what should I do.

Do you mean you entered in SAFE MODE? I assume you use windows...

i do not know basics in computers,simple i am doing some thing in the net with the computer,acutually i does not know MS word also,i does not take any classes for MS word or computer education,i started the doing computer from home itself and learnt some thing in the netcafe,so i could help you in this matter,no mail or message from you,you have not suggested me further what to do,have a nice day
