Is chacha.com for international users as well?

I have read a thread here about chacha.com. Another way to earn money. I am curious if they accept international applicants, particularly from the Philippines? I would love to hear fro everyone. Thank you!

NO, chacha is not for international residents. Check out this link- http://becomeaguide.chacha.com/faqs/ The first paragraph itself says that you need to be 18+ and have a US mailing address in order to qualify for Chacha.

Hi! I'm also from the Philippines, and I also tried applying to ChaCha. Yeah they accept international applicants. When I signed up, I encountered a problem with the tax arrangement. They have this TIN application form which for the US. Maybe non-US residents can apply, but they do not provide provisions for this kinds of application. =(
