What porture you maintain when you sit inside, outsite, on computer and anywhere what type of posture you like? And give me good suggestons also..

1.don't sit hours long in front of computer 2.give a gap between hours 3.do exercise

You have a good link to follow, and there are plenty of others too. I try to sit upright at the PC, with the keyboard within easy reach. Wherever I sit, it's usually upright, unless it's somewhere like a sofa with good back support.
